Thank you for your kind information i contacted the theme Author and resolved the issue of front page translated to Arabic, but i have a little issues i don't know why its happening in:
1: Main menu translation if i click any link in the sub category of *المتجر* which is Shop in English it move me to product link not category link as we setup in the English version.
2. Frontend is translated to Arabic but if i click on any link to move me to the English version links
is there anyway to resolve it using permalinks or something else from WPML to work correctly for 2 issues mentioned above
I resolved most of the things in frontpage using String Translation and i edit service_content and team_content to arabic by Theme Author and its fine now but there is 1 last issue only:
the first partis show from left to right and it supposed to be on middle for arab readers
The Translation is like that:

Hello Laura sorry i though the issue is related to mobile browser but i found where is the issue exactly, its completely working fine when im logged in as admin level but not logged in users and even users like editors and authors and Subscribers not working the arabic translation.
i contact the theme Author he told me to contact you
We're experiencing an issue with the WPML plugin. It works correctly for logged-in users, including the language switcher and Arabic translation. However, non-logged-in users are unable to see the Arabic translation or the language switcher at all.
Could you please help us investigate and resolve this?
very thanks for your kind information and support one last thing as per attached the site identity still in english.. is it related to WPML or Theme Author to make it in arabic?
