Our website has multiple languages. Out of that, German language is manually translated and not using Automatic translation. In the German language alone, the Order of the menu items getting changed automatically from time to time. Refer to the attached screenshots. Below is the configured menu order in one of the footer menus. Kontakt But randomly the Order gets changed like: Rechtliche Hinweise Same issue with the other menu. The configured order of the menu is: Kunden But randomly it gets changed to: Warum Apptec? This issue only happens with the German language which is set to Manual translation. THIS ISSUE IS HAPPENING ON BOTH DEV and LIVE ENVIRONMENTS.  |

Hi Esther, Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue. Now I do not see that issue on your site, please check the screenshot attached. If it occurs again, I suggest you can sync the menu automatically by WPML. Also, please update WPML plugins on your site to the new version and observe this again. Hi Long, Yes. I fixed the issue manually as this is a live website. I am not sure if the MENU SYNC can be used here because as mentioned GERMAN language is not auto-translated and is translated manually. So to ensure this, I have turned off the LANGUAGE MAPPING for the German Language. In this case, does WP Menu Sync work for the German language in this case?  |
