Problem:
How can I transfer the translation credits from the production to staging site?

Solution:
You can connect the two sites to share packages of automatic translation credits between them.

mercedesA-2	Tell us what you are trying to do? Hi I have the site working with french and Portuguese with default language Spanish. I am not managing to have the pages converted into italian as well, and also the italian flag is not showing up. I need help on that. Then in the woocommerce product pages when showing the price "Desde 199€", the word "Desde" should be translated and is not. Third I have a chatbot plugin collect.chat now working in Spanish, how can I make it work in the translated languages? Thanks Is there any documentation that you are following? Is there a similar example that we can see? What is the link to your site? Mohamed Sayed	Hi Mercedes, Thanks for contacting WPML support. Regarding the first issue with Italian language, please try the following: 1. Go to Pages > All Pages and make sure that the Italian page translation is complete (Shows a pencil icon). 2. Create a full backup of the database and website then go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page, and click the following: - Clear the Cache in WPML - Remove ghost entries from the translation tables - Fix element_type collation - Fix WPML table collation - Set language information - Fix post type assignment for translations Then check if the issue is resolved. For better support, we handle one issue per ticket so I created new tickets for the other issues you mentioned. mercedesA-2	Hi, it says that I have not enough credits. Indeed I have 30.000 credits in cefegen.es but I am working in the non production webpage pruebas.cefegen.es, how can I transfer the credits? Thanks
