Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML for translating my website. The translation works everywhere except on product category pages. Here is the original link: hidden link. Here is the link with the translation: hidden link. The translation works on the products themselves.

Symptoms:
On product category pages, I encounter a 404 error when trying to access the translated version.

Questions:
Why does the 404 error occur only on product category pages?
How can I fix the 404 error on translated product category pages?

Hello,

thanks for contacting us.

1) Please make sure you have existing translated products in this category?

2) Please try to use different slugs in other languages, I see you "magazine" in both languages.

3) If the issue still happens, please create a new staging site and check if the issue still happens when using the WP default theme, and only WPML plugins and Wocommerce enabled, all others disabled.

Make sure to update to the latest versions, I see you are using old versions.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Drazen
