Hello,
Can you help me sort out a WooCommerce product translation issue that I am experiencing?
I have automatically translated with credits my WooCommerce products. But it seems that they haven't fully translated.
For example:
- The English version is just fine: hidden link
- but the Bulgarian is not showing price, nor option for configuration, nor add-to-card button: hidden link

in the same time, when I go to "WooCommerce > WCML > Status" i see that there are 109 products that aren't translated but when I go to translate them there are no untrsanslated products (all products are with checks or when I filter I see no products for translation).

Hello,

thanks for patience.

I have checked further, but could not find a fix for false message in WCML > Status saying that 20 Bulgarian translations missing.

I have escalated further this to our 2nd tier.

I will update you here when I have some news to share, note it may take a day or two.

Kind regards,
Drazen

Hello,

Thank you for your patience. Our second-tier team has checked and further investigated the issue.

It appears that there is a specific database data corruption that caused the incorrect error message to appear. We attempted to reproduce the issue, but it seems it may only occur after a particular set of actions or a specific scenario.

To resolve this, please follow the steps below:

- Using your hosting provider’s phpMyAdmin tool, run the following SQL query.
This will set the related translation jobs to finished, which will then mark the affected products as translated.

UPDATE wp_icl_translation_status
SET status = 10
WHERE status = 0 AND needs_update = 0;

- Go to Products → All → Trash and empty the trash.

After completing these steps, the issue should be resolved and the correct status should be displayed.

⚠️ Please make sure to create a full backup of your website and database before performing any actions, just in case.

If anything is unclear, you run into issues or you need help with steps and want us to do it for you, feel free to let us know.

Best regards,
Dražen
