Hi Andrey, managed to get the menu working, however when translating pages the translations of buttons and texts do not take effect on the front-end. Please see the video explaining the situation: Hopefully you can help me out once more, thanks in advance.! |

Thank you for sharing the video. Have you tried the following? 1) Go to the original page, modify it a bit, and update it 2) Navigate to the WPML translation editor and complete the translation If there is still an issue, please let me know what widget you used to add this text to the page. Is this a standard widget of Elementor? |

I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site – preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible – in order to be of better help. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. |

Thank you for sharing the information. I understand what the issue is. It seems you haven't installed the required WPML String Translation. After installing it, please update the page translation: make a slight modification to the original page, save it, go to the WPML translation editor, and complete the translation. https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/#required-plugins |

Hi Andrey, I've managed to get the translations working. Currently trying to translate my header/footer from elementor aswell. Unfortunately when following your tutorial on: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/#translate-elementor-templates I do not see any templates appear in my back-end. How can i translate my header and footer? See screenshot for what i see when selecting templates in translation management. |

Hi Andrey. I've also ran into another problem regarding the header and footer translations. See the attached screenshot. New threads created by Andrey and linked to this one are listed below: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-when-switching-the-header-layout-breaks-for-no-apparent-reason/ |

You can try to go to Templates → Saved Templates → All and translate templates from there. But make sure to update the page translation first since you didn't have PML String Translation installed. To update the page translation: make a slight modification to the original page, save it, go to the WPML translation editor, and complete the translation.
I opened a new ticket to answer your new question. This will also help other users with similar problems find solutions when searching the forum. https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-when-switching-the-header-layout-breaks-for-no-apparent-reason/ |
