This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to translate a specific string mentioned in a WooCommerce order and cannot find the option to translate WooCommerce Subscription email texts within the WPML String Translation tool.
Solution:
If you're experiencing issues with translating strings in WooCommerce emails, we recommend the following steps:
1. Go to WPML's String Translation and click on "Choose texts for translation".
2. Search for the string you wish to translate.
3. Select the string and click on "Add to String Translation".
4. Click on "Return to String Translation".
5. Translate the string as needed.
This process should help you locate and translate strings that are not immediately visible in the String Translation tool.

If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello Lucas,

I made a new order and The text you mention translating is not really translated
Learn more about failed payments.

See my screenshot

And in Woocommerce Subscription emails, I don't have the option to translate the email text on the right side of the field and the strings of the email doesn't appear in the Strings Translation tool.

Do we have a way to see Woocommerce emails if the emails are translated in all languages other than the Preview email plugin you mention are not compatible with WPML ?

Regarding that string, please do the following:

1. In String Translation click on "Choose texts for translation" (see image 01);
2. Look for the desired string;
3. Select the string and click on "Add to String Translation" (see image 02);
4. Click on "Return to String Translation";
5. Translate the desired string;

I suggest you do that, if you once again can't find an specific string.
