This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client reported that the review count displayed beside the rating mark on product pages is incorrect across different languages. Specifically, although there are two customer reviews, only one is shown. Solution: We explained that by default, reviews are displayed and counted separately for the original product and its translations. To address this, we recommended the following steps: 1. Navigate to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency > Settings > Product reviews. 2. Enable the option "By default, show reviews in all languages". This setting should synchronize the review counts across all languages for the products.
Further, there was no issue with the review count display on single product pages, but it was not replicable when creating and translating new products. Adding new reviews to existing products solved this issue.
If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems outdated, or if it does not apply to your specific case, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I activated the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin and noticed an issue with the review count display on my product page: hidden link. I was trying to ensure that the rating count displays correctly.
I deactived all the plugin except the woocommerce and reactivated one by one , I noticed the review count issue is caused by the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin.
Symptoms:
The rating count displays incorrectly after activating the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin.
Questions:
Why is the rating count displaying incorrectly after activating the WPML plugin?
How can I fix the review count display issue?

Hello,
It is the default behavior that the reviews are displayed and counted separately between the original product and their translations.
You will need to go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency > Settings > Product reviews and enable the option "By default, show reviews in all languages".
I think there is misunderstanding. I mean the review count beside the rating mark( five stars icon) is incorrectily in all language. Actually in the product page there are 2 reviews of customers, but it shows the review count is 1.

Hello,
I'd be happy to offer to take a closer look.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate the issue further.
You can find the required fields below the comments section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.
IMPORTANT
Please be sure to back up your website and database before granting us access.
If you can't see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your post and website credentials will be set to "PUBLIC." DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.
I may need to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to create a copy of the website so I can investigate the issue further.
However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or a copy of the website from your server for this purpose.
If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Please note that WPML must also be registered on this staging site at https://wpml.org/account/websites/.
If you are unable to provide such a copy of the website for testing, please let me know on this ticket.

Could it be that some of the reviews were originally created before WPML was used on the site?
→No, All the reviews were originally created after WPML.
Or did the site maybe use a different active language that was in the meantime removed from the site?
→No, The active language didn't remove from the site.
I tried to change the theme from Xstore which the staging site is using to the other one called store front , but the issue still can't be removed. hidden link
