Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a page using WPML, but the process is not completing as expected.

Symptoms:
When I translate a page, it gets stuck on the cog wheel instead of showing the complete pencil icon.

Questions:
Why does the translation process get stuck on the cog wheel?
How can I resolve the issue to see the complete pencil icon?

While one of my teammates takes care of your ticket, I will provide you with the first debugging steps.

Please update your WPML plugin and add-ons to the latest version, 4.6.14, to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements. This may not necessarily resolve your problem; however, we need to work on the newest code available to troubleshoot the issue best.

You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

If you do not see the updates, you might need to click the Check for updates button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab.

Please remember to backup your database before you proceed.

If the problem persists, try to update the page translation. Please slightly modify the original page, save it, navigate to the WPML translation editor, and complete the translation.

Hi there,

Please go to WPML->Support->ATE Error logs and share with me the top 5 errors you see in the screen.

Also, try this:

- Edit the page in the default language
- make a small edit and "update"
- click on the translation and try to re save it (make sure you get to 100%)

Let me know your results, please.

Hello. I have added a picture of the error log that is repeated. I have tried the edits but this does not work

The error indicates that you might have migrated your site. Essentially, it says that the job it's attempting to pull from our servers onto your site does not match the site's URL.

did you recently migrate from staging to a live environment? If yes, please share both URLs with me.

When you view your WP dashboard, is there a warning asking if this is a copy or a new site?

Hello. Not we have not migrated the site. Not in around 3 years. The domain is naturaltreats.eu

Its worked fine for years.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Hi. Sorry it seems to be working now. Did you change something?

The only issue we are now getting is the checkout page will not translate to Spanish.

We click the + and it spends a few hours trying to update and then returns back to the +.

Is there a way we can fix this?

I see the following error:
"The uploaded xliff file doesn't belong to this system."

This usually only is the case if the Site URL changed or the site or migrate it to a different server.

Could you please run all available updates for Woodmart Parent Theme, and all plugins and then test if the issue persists?
