Background of the issue:
I was trying to manage my translation credits. I started with a balance of 90,000 credits and used DeepL to translate 24,000 words, which should have used 50,000 credits (2 credits per word).

Symptoms:
After translating, my balance is unexpectedly low at only 147 credits.

Questions:
Why is my credit balance only 150 after translating 24,000 words with DeepL?
How are the credits being calculated or deducted?

Hi there.

The word count is an estimate, not the actual words that may need to be translated.

For example, there may be some custom fields that contain translatable content that may be missed in the estimation.

Also, you should be able to find your Automatic Translation Usage Report if you go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports (as you can see in the screenshot from the section below):
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-invoices/#where-to-find-your-past-pay-as-you-go-invoices

I am unsure if you had the chance to look there.

Please let me know.
