Hi,

I checked the texts, and it seems you use some Elementor widgets that need to be registered before translation. Please check this guide to know more about registering page builder widgets.

Best regards,
Osama

Hey,

I'm not using anything. Everything on the website is the original theme; we haven't implemented any custom widgets. The theme is 100% original, just as it was delivered.

Hi again,

Please let me know if you read the guide shared by my colleague Osama, and if you found custom elements.

Note: the custom elements can be added by the theme or other plugins.

Regards,
Carlos

I don't read the instructions and I'm not interested in them either. Sorry, I don't have time for such bullshit.

The question is, why isn't it translated correctly?!

What exactly is the damn problem? I have better things to do than pay and then provide support for days afterward.

Please contact the theme author directly.

I have already paid for everything, and honestly, I do not have the time to deal with such a disaster.

It appears that this theme is a complete disaster. Almost nothing works correctly.

Below is the email from the author.

Thank you for your understanding, but I am not willing to pay for any additional services or further support.

Hi again,

I have registered the elements in the header and footer, and they are already translated.

Then you've done something wrong. Everything is still in German in the English language setting!

I have registered all the custom elements that appear on the home page and updated the translation. If you still find untranslated content in other posts/pages, you must contact the theme authors and ask them to register the custom elements they created as described in this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multilingual-tools/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/

Although I went ahead and registered many custom elements, this is the responsibility of the theme authors; therefore, it falls outside of our scope as a WPML technical support service.

Please tell us exactly which settings you have changed. We can no longer perform a WordPress update. When we click on "Update," we are redirected to this page, and the backend is extremely slow!

Please list all changes you have made to the code or WPML settings.

As you can read in the guide the XML code is added in WPML -> Settings -> Custom XML Configuration tab.

And what am I supposed to do with that? Tell me why I can't update anymore since they started working. The problem is new. Two days ago we updated WordPress without any problems.

I expect an immediate solution and a direct response.

I'm the CEO of five companies and I don't have time for small talk; I'm about to explode.

Please resolve all issues quickly and without causing me unnecessary stress.
