Hi there,
Thank you for sharing the credentials Bruno requested.
Before one of my colleagues continues with this ticket, I kindly ask you to check if the issue disappears if you delete the users affected and create them again.
If the issue disappears after recreating the users, then it is likely that the entry in the database for these users was corrupted.
I have accessed your site and see the problem here: hidden link.
Can you please let me know if you have tried my colleague's suggestion to delete the user and add it again?
**** Important! Please make a full site backup (files and DB) before you proceed with those steps****
I tried Carlos' suggestion of deleting and creating the account.
The issue does disappear. Although I guess that it will continue to reoccur. My colleagues account got locked with the same message today. So it will be a recurring problem of getting locked and deleting and remaking, while not finding the root cause.
Yes Itamar, that is the error message that appears, although it is on every page, as the error message says it is in the "vendor" folder, with I do not have access to
I accessed the site now and checked hidden link. I edited it with Elementor, but the Elementor editor loaded alright. Please see the attached screenshot. I will check it tommorow to see if the problem has returned. Meanwhile, if you see the problem, please send me a screenshot of it.
In addition to what I wrote yesterday, I tried today to see if the issue occurs, but it is not there. Do you get this issue? If so, please let us know and share a screenshot of the message with me. Additionally, please provide the exact steps to replicate the problem.
As I stated in my previous response, I deleted the users and created new ones, which has temporarily fixed the issue, so for now you will not be able to find an account that has the issue active. Although I suspect it will reoccur again, as we have not found the root of the issue.
One user got the error message yesterday (over 1 week after the first incident). For now, no users have the issue that you can find. I will reopen a ticket if the issue reoccurs.
If the issue reoccurs, please reply to this ticket.
Regards,
Itamar.
