Background of the issue:
I am trying to add credit to the admin section of my WordPress site using WPML. I have added 10000 credits.

Symptoms:
The WP admin section is showing 0 credits instead of 10000.

Questions:
Why is the WP admin section not reflecting the 10000 credits I added?
How can I ensure that the credits I add are correctly displayed in the WP admin section?

Hi there.

On this page (https://wpml.org/account), can you click the "add/remove credits” button and move the credits back to your WPML.org account?

I was able to find an account that has 11489 credits assigned to it but probably they are stuck so you should be able to move them back to your WPML.org account first.

It seems that you probably installed/reinstalled/reset either WPML or WordPress at some point and the credits got stuck so you had multiple automatic translation accounts and one of them has the stuck credits.

Then, please go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > remove the current site key > generate a new one > then go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key.

Now, you can re-add the credits to your site by following the steps here:
