This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing a critical error on the 'All Products' page in the WooCommerce back office when the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin is activated. The error message indicates a critical error, and the issue resolves when WPML is deactivated but returns upon reactivation.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Create a full site backup
2. Update any outdated plugins or themes, especially WPML ones, which can be found in Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab.
3. Flush any cache memory that might exist.
4. Activate the WordPress debug mode as described in this guide: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/
5. Activate the WPML plugins and reproduce the issue.
6. Check the latest fatal error in the debug.log file within the wp-content folder.
In this specific case, the issue was due to a compatibility problem with PHP 8.4. Reverting to PHP 8.2 resolved the problem.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to open the 'All Products' page in my WooCommerce back office, but I encounter an issue when the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin is activated. The problem is resolved when I uninstall the plugin. The issue can be seen at: hidden link.

Symptoms:
When I try to open the 'All Products' page, I receive the error message: 'A critical error has occurred on this site. Check the administrator’s email for instructions. If the problem persists, please try the support forum.' The issue disappears when I uninstall the WPML plugin but returns upon reactivation.

Questions:
Why does the 'All Products' page crash when the WPML plugin is activated?
How can I resolve the critical error caused by the WPML plugin?

Hello Carlos,

After following the steps you described, I was able to notice that on the WP_debug there were notices about the compatibility of the WPML plugins with PHP 8.4. So I reverted the PHP to 8.2 and it solved the problem.
Thanks for your help!
