the translations keeps on stopping, what's wrong? the 100 euro limit is paid but it keeps on stopping and asking again and again

I'm investigating this with our Devs because it's not supposed to have appeared at all!

yes it was very confusing, i thought the credits that we used previously will be added so we can get a discount for the increase number of credits used. but i am not sure how this is working. can you let me know if the total credits we used in pay as you go is right now the discounted credits for the increase total number of the credits we used or is it going to be refresh each month?
i had to pay the safety limit again for this month and then it isn't translating further.

Yes it is. I haven't updated you because I'm waiting on our devs to let me know when it's fixed, they did find where the problem was and are trying to find out why it happened so it can be fixed permanently.

We really hope it's fixed today (we're working towards having it fixed ASAP) because this issue is specific to the website.

Hi there!

Our devs have been trying to access your site since yesterday but they mention that your site is constantly showing a cloudflare 524 error and has timed out a few times.

Could it be the server you're on is at max capacity? I believe the debug log should give us an Idea of where the problem is so could you send it, please?

By the way, we have just fixed the problem about the jobs stuck. I managed to check your site and it had already finished retrieving almost all the jobs (over 100 thousand) and was missing like 10 or 9 thousand alone.).

yes i checked with the cloudways team, and they are saying wpml is causing overload on the server.

Hello,

I've been checking up on the overload and other information. I suspect that the overload was created because there were hundreds of jobs and they were constantly getting updated and that maybe triggered the queries. our dev team is looking into it.

I'll be looking into the arabic situation soon and let you know 🙂

The problem with arabic is that all those pages are in the trash, currently. I'll delete them from the trash and let the system recreate those pages so we can make sure they are ok and they don't carry old issues due to the past collation problems we already fixed.
