Hello!
We faced a problem with signing in. For some reason I can't fully sign in it throws me back to the registration page. Even if I manage to sign in, when I switch between languages it throws me back to the registration page again.
Check the video:

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Before proceeding further, may I ask you to try the following?

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.

- Enable debugging in your site. See https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/ for details.
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML and its addons and check for the issue to see if login issue is really coming from WordPress and/or WPML.
- Activate each plugin one-by-one, while keeping check on the issue after a plugin is activated. This way you'll be able to pinpoint a plugin having a conflict (or problem), if any.
- If the problem persists, repeat the above steps with a default theme of WordPress (i.e. 2021 or 2023).
- Also check the browser's console for any JavaScript errors. If you find any, copy that in your next reply. See https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/ for details on how to find these errors.

Please let me know and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.

Regards.

Hello!

Thank you very much for your prompt response.

Unfortunately, we cannot disable all plugins and enable them sequentially. We noticed that it breaks our site....
Maybe you know other solutions to the problem?

Unfortunately there's no other way of investigating it. Since there are several plugins in use, we can't be sure what's causing this.

I'll advise to prepare a staging site, so you can clone your production there to reproduce the issue and then try those debugging steps. This way your live site 'll not be compromised.
