I translated custom posts and terms from English to French and German, but some ACF fields were not copied. How can I copy those fields?

Yes I follow your custom term meta documentation but still same issue.

Acf field that name is "City" have FAQ repeater fields in term meta but the FAQ question and answer not copied to other languages.

Hello,

ACF Repeater Fields should be set to "Copy" if you translate the content with the WPML Translation Editor.

In case you did choose the WordPress Editor as the translation method, the Repeater Fields should be set to "Copy once."

Try adjusting the settings, if needed, edit the original content, save it, and apply the translation.

Could you please send me a screenshot of your ACF Field Group and Field Settings?

I further can offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue.

You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it.

IMPORTANT
Please be sure to make a backup copy of the website and database before allowing us access.
If you can't see the wp-admin / FTP fields, your post and website credentials are set as PUBLIC. DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.

I may have to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to make a copy of the website where I can investigate the issue further.

However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server yourself for this purpose.

If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Just take note that WPML should be registered on this site again.

If you are unable to provide such a copy of the site for testing, please let me know on this ticket.

In this specific case, if would help if you would let me know the name of the ACF Group and a link to a content no which I can see the issue.

You do have 18 ACF Field Groups. Only four of those field groups have a translation setting.

If you use the WPML Translation Editor for translating the fields, please set the group(s) to "Same fields across languages".

If you use the WordPress Editor to translate the fields, please set the group(s) to "Different fields across languages".

If you want to use the Expert mode, please follow these suggestions for translation preference on ACF fields.

There is an issue in almost all the groups, but the data of one city group which is used for the Hotels term was not copied and translate in French and German language.
So check all the groups once and let me know about it so that this issue does not arise again in future.

Hello Andreas,

I already did the translation option "same field across languages" but still same issue, you check the "City" Group, the translation option is already set but the data after the FAQ Repeater field has not been copied and translated.

I have followed this document properly, even after that it has not happened, or I have also given you my ftp and admin credentials so please try it once.
This task of mine is pending since many days, please give it priority, my business is getting affected.

Please resolve the issue on priority, I am waiting your valuable response

This field group "City" is used on categories, which are getting translated at WPML > Taxonomy Translation.

I ran some searches but could not find yet a category that has been fully translated and there are 161 categories.

Please name me an example of a category in which I can see the issue.

This issue is with all categories, you can check 'Berlin' category to see. Along with the category, there is also an issue of this post which has been created in the name of Hotels.
Please check it and do it on priority.

The category "Berlin" is not yet translated. See screenshot.

Go to WPML > Taxonomy Translation, select "Category" and complete the translations first.

There is no way by which the data of all categories and posts can be copied and translated on that click?
