When you add to cart a product it puts the product in to add to cart but redirects to 404 page on the secondary language (english version). Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link - its any product but I give these one for reference (You have to add a product in to cart on single product page to se the issue on .net domain) |

Hello There, I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter! Upon selecting the "Add to Cart" button, the product is successfully added to the cart. However, for some unknown reason, a page refresh is triggered, resulting in the loading of a 404 error page. Given that the problem is occurring in the default language, to determine whether WPML is indeed affecting this issue, could you please deactivate the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin and test again? If the issue persists even after that, a conflict between WooCommerce and any other third-party theme or plugin might be causing the issue. Please deactivate all plugins on your site except for WPML and its add-ons and WooCommerce. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one, and after enabling each one, verify if the issue reappears or not. This will definitely help to pinpoint what exactly causing the issue. Additionally, please also check what happens when you disable redirect after adding a product to the cart. - Please go to the "WooCommerce > Settings > Products" tab Please let me know the update. Hello There, We have recently identified an issue with the Jetpack plugin where non-logged-in users receive a 404 error during the process of adding a product to the cart. For further details, please refer to the errata provided below. If your situation aligns with this, I suggest trying the workaround outlined in the Errata and hopefully, it will solve the problem.
