Hi again,

We identified the issue to be the WooCommerce Multilingual and Multidurrency plugin.

A fix for this will be presented in the upcoming release of the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin.

There is a beta version that we tested and it works, but I suggest that you do not install beta software on a live website.

But as a test, you can go to: (while you are logged in)

https://wpml.org/download/woocommerce-multilingual-multicurrency/?section=changelog

And download and install version 5.5.2-b.1 to a staging version of the website.

And see if it works ok.

Thanks.

Hi Amirian sorry I posted a message about an other WPML ticket. you can delete it
I installed the beta plugin but second language is totally gone. Any time I try to switch to ENG from ITA that's what I get:
from home to all pages and shop

Hi,

Thank you. I will need to investigate that issue. I created a separate ticket for it there, and I'd appreciate it if you could give the staging details on this ticket:

Hi,

WPML 4.8 and String Translation 3.4 and WooCommerce Multilingual 5.5.2 have been released. Would you please update the plugins and check if the issue is resolved?

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Make sure you are signed in wpml.org.
- Go to https://wpml.org/account/downloads/
- Click the "Download WPML manually" link to show the rest of the plugins on the page.
- Download the latest version of the WPML and its add-ons.
- Install them manually on your website using the method below:
https://wpml.org/faq/updating-wpml-manually/

Thanks.
