[Assigned] Admin Language not okay since Wordpress 6.7

Background of the issue:
J'ai mis à jour mon site Web avec WordPress 6.7 et je m'attendais à ce que l'interface d'administration soit entièrement en français.
Symptoms:
Certains blocs d'administration sont toujours en anglais alors que ma langue d'administration est le français.
I tried to manually update to the latest version, but when I try to delete WPML String Translation so that I can upload the newest version, I get the message "You cannot delete a plugin while it is active on the main site."
Please try updating to String Translation 3.2.15 (click Check for Updates on Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial or manually download from wpml.org/account/downloads).
This should resolve the issue, but please let me know if it does not.
Is it possible to set your dev site in minimal setting? I'm not able to deactivate and change plugins. Also, please enable the debug log so that I can check using File Management (leave this one active please). Also, deactivate ALL plugins and then reactivate WooCommerce and WPML Core and WPML String Translation. Let me know when this is done so I can further troubleshoot.

Yes sure you can do everything you want, but honestly you have a lot of tickets for that, and i have the problem on all my websites so it's a problem on one of your plugin because of the wordpress update
You have admin access so feel free to make the tests you want on the staging
The problem is, I'm not able to test your dev site because as I mentioned above, I do not have permissions to deactivate plugins. If you could set your dev site in minimal settings so that we can test further to see if there is perhaps a conflicting theme/plugin, that would be helpful. Please keep only WPML active with a default theme such as Twenty Twenty Four in the dev site and then we can see if the issue is still happening and if so, try to determine why. Let me know once that is done so I can login and check.
I had to enable back some plugins, tell me when you work on it and i will disable them again. But i tried to disable everything it does not change anything ...
