Thanks.. Lets focus on mprentals.com .... until recently I was using the auto translate option, not perfect but it was working for me , if you view this page u will see multiple translations all completed by the auto translator.... hidden link.

The problem is since we made changes the auto translator just hangs please see screen shot .. it should not hanglink this and if this can be addressed then I can continue using auto translate option,,,

I'm getting the same issue too. I can't load the advanced translation editor and I'm not sure how it works earlier for you.

But since you mentioned that it worked previously, if could be some conflict with another plugin or something else.

But in order for me to troubleshoot this further, we kindly request a site snapshot. Alternatively, with your permission, we can create a snapshot on our own.

For this purpose, we typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you are already familiar with how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.

To assist you further, please follow these instructions:

Refer to the instructions provided by WPML on how to provide supporters a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

If the archive file exceeds 400MB in size, please utilize Duplicator's file filters to exclude the cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.

Once you have the archive file, please share the link with us. You can use services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms as the snapshot file will likely be large.

Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the link to the file there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.

It seemed to work when I deactivated the "Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual" plugin. Please allow me to escalate this to our 2nd Tier Support for further assistance.

I've received a response from our 2nd Tier Support and he suspected the issue is related to the theme. But while troubleshooting the staging site here hidden link , we accidentally broke it. Could you please share FTP access here so that I can recover it?

I have some feedback. Our second-tier support mentioned that switching the theme breaks the WP installation.

Could you please check why we cannot switch themes? They needed to switch theme to investigate this further.
