Hello Team, We have recently encountered an issue with THe WPML plugin computability with the current wordpress version (6.4.3) where we are encountering bugs and error functionality on the plugin Being a premium customer and having a valid license we are still facing the issue of a tussle as a non-pro version of the plugin. Kindly relase a bug-free and error-free compatibility issue plugin upgrade for the further relase. Reference sites, where the plugin is installed Error Log An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 26 of the file /nas/content/live/vialto/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/menu/post-menus/wpml-posts-listing-page.class.php. Error message: Uncaught TypeError: count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given in /nas/content/live/vialto/wp-content/plugins/site press-multilingual-cms/menu/post-menus/wpml-posts-listing-page.class.php:26 Kindly solve the issue and provide us with a stable version upgrade. so we can work on the plugin integration to other various verticals. |

Hello, you have been inactive for a while, so we converted to a ticket. 1) Please update all WPML plugins to the latest version by going to the Plugins → Add New page, click the Commercial tab, and then click Check for updates. - https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#wpml-4-2-8 2) Does the issue happen with PHP 8.0, since WP is still not fully supporting 8.2. Please check. 3) In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site. - To give debug information, login to your site and go to WPML → Support. Hello, 1.- Thank you for sharing the debug information 2.- As my colleague Drazen in this ticket and my colleague Laura in this other ticket https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-plugin-computability-issue/ I kindly ask you to update the WPML plugins to the latest version and double-check if the issue disappeared. 3.- Could you answer the second question from my colleague? "Does the issue happen with PHP 8.0, since WP is still not fully supporting 8.2. Please check." Regards! |
