I read this thread and the suggestion to add this Disallow: /wp-json

I have feedback and this is what our 2nd Tier Support mentioned.

wp-json is not specific for WPML. All REST API is exposed via that path. Google indexes it and it might use it in the future.

You can remove it from the index, there is also this StackExchange: hidden link;
