This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You need to translate the menu headings in the footer, the button in the form, and all pages related to the store. The site uses an additional Elementor plugin, and you are unable to see options to create another version for the Arabic language and link it with the English version. Additionally, the automatic translation is not functioning as expected.
Solution:
To translate the contact form button, please edit the form in the original language, then edit the translation in the Advanced Translation Editor. Search for the button text and translate it. For the footer created with an Elementor template, translate the template and check the translation footer content in the frontend again. Refer to the documentation here and here.
For translating the footer template and other templates, go to WPML > Settings > Post types translation, set the post type "jet-theme-core" preference to "Translatable - only show translated items" and enable the "Translate - automatically" option. Refer to the documentation here.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues here, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket here.

Yes, the checkbox with the inscription enables automatic translation, as well as string translation.

Hi Regina,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

To translate the contact form button your site, please edit the form in the original language > Edit the translation in the Advanced Translation Editor > Search for the button text and translate it.
Regarding the footer, I see it is created with an Elementor template. Please translate the template and check the translation footer content in the frontend again.

Refer documentation
https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-urls-shortcodes-and-html-attributes-using-the-advanced-translation-editor/
https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/

While checking the debug info, I see that the WordPress Memory Limit is below the requirements. The minimum requirements are 128M, but we do recommend 256M and the debug information of your site shows it set to 40M. Please check this link for more details https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/.
You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file, right before the /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:

define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

After adding the code you can confirm that the memory was changed correctly from WPML > Support > WordPress > Memory limit.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

footer was created using an additional elementor plugin, I don’t see any options to create another one for the Arabic version and link it with the English version. Why doesn't the line translation work? Because I found these headers there and translated them, and everything should change automatically. This is the essence of automatic translation!?

Hi,

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

The footer template is located in Crocoblock > Theme templates. I translate the footer and other templates automatically by going to WPML > Settings > Post types translation > Set the post type "jet-theme-core" preference to "Translatable - only show translated items" and enable "Translate - automatically" option. Please check the attached screenshot.
Refer documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-posts/

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
