This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are experiencing issues with HTML tags like
<br>
appearing in the frontend of your translated pages and need custom fields from the Advanced Product Fields Addons plugin to be translated when auto-translating products. Solution: We have resolved the issue with HTML tags appearing in translations. To apply the fix, make a small change to the original page and click the update button to trigger an update to the translation. Then, update the translation. For translating custom fields from the Advanced Product Fields Addons plugin, ensure that the plugin is compatible with WPML and follow the specific integration steps provided by the plugin.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Our compatibility has informed me that this issue has been fixed. To apply the fix, you may need to make a small change to the original page and click the update button to trigger an update to the translation. Then, update the translation.
can you please guide me? so I usually go to translation management, and send the page for translation. When I do this now again, it costs me double the credits, right?
You can send the homepage for translation from the Translation Management dashboard. The page needs an update. Please see the attached screenshot. So, after the update, the problem should be fixed. The Advanced Translation Editor has a memory feature so you will not be charged for any new credits.
This is correct; you should not be charged for this due to the Advanced Translation Editor's memory. Please first try it with one page. As a courtesy, I added free credits to your site. You should now see 1208 credits.
