Automatic translation stop at one moment, I use Pay-as-you-go to translate posts, products, ets. in one mometn it stuck, I try to cancel job and restart it, nothing changed, it not work

I update wpml plugin & components, it not help me

If I try translate manualy, page not load, I add screenshot for manual and auto wich stuck for 2 hours

Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, can you please go to WPML -> Support -> and scroll down to almost end of the page and click "Advanced Translation Editor". This 'll take you to the ATE error logs page.

Please take a screen shot of a few first lines (from top) and share with us.

Hi! Still not working, I sent 1 product and it stuck again. And no new error logs messages, try to re-register plugin, but it not help to

Hi! I have checked the automatic translation with other post types, it works. But not with the products, and I still can't translate products manually

I noticed that on another site, the product translation also stopped opening (hidden link)

This is a known issue at the moment - please take a look here:
https://wpml.org/errata/advanced-translation-editor-ate-freezing-issue-on-certain-browsers/

That is why I recommended trying to clear the caching or use a different browser.

Unfortunately it doesn't work for me, clearing the cache is always the first thing I always do and in this case too, now I tried again in 4 browsers with clearing the cache and hard refresh - it didn't help =(

1. Can you please let me know an exact ATE URL where you see that happening? Or let me know for which page or product name and in which translation language you see that happening?

2. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Can you also please let me know if you can share a specific URL or product name where I can see that error and in which translation language do you see it happening?

Any product, from DE to FR. For example craete translate for BotaGreen<sup>®</sup> RD 2morrow = redirect to hidden link and die, just infinity load. Any product on wpml dashboard, select ones and press auto translate - they stuck (parametrs on screenshot)

The ATE url that you shared takes me to, what looks like, a totally separate WordPress install and domain: hidden link

Can you please help me understand why that happens?

Are we still talking about the .fr site or we are talking about a different one?

WPML can't be used with separate WordPress installs, just with the same install and then you can use the settings in the documentation below to connect domains to the current setup:

Hi! I don`t know why it happen and why it go to botament.com, link i copy when try to create product translate on .fr, maybe it becouse .fr the copy of .com, but problem stiil only with the products, or maybe it some kind of bug with sites what are copies

Here the link to dashboard, where you can try to translate products and see that automatic translate didn`t work, and 3 products that was stuck 4 days ago

We have 8 same sites and all correctly connected more than 1 year, but problem occurs only week ago

Hello,
My name is Carlos and I will continue working on this ticket.

I kindly ask you to follow these steps:
- Create a full backup of the site
- Update all outdated plugins and themes that appear in this link: hidden link
- Flush all the cache memory
- Deactivate all plugins, including the WPML ones
- Activate a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Twenty
- Activate the WPML plugins
- Activate the theme or the plugin that generates the custom post type 'Products'
- Create a new test product in the default language
- Translate that test product and check if the issue disappeared
- If the issue disappeared, start by activating the theme and then the rest of the plugins, one by one, until the issue appears again and you find the culprit

Could you tell me the results of the steps described above?
