I can't use automatic translation. I have credits and everything set up, but then this happens.
I toggle the "Translate Everything Automatically" switch to "On"
Popup shows up "Set Up Translate Everything Automatically" and there are 2 clickable sections loading (no text, just stripes loading)
After some waiting I get errors:
node-modules.js?ver=492100:2 GET hidden link 504 (Gateway Timeout)
node-modules.js?ver=492100:2 POST hidden link 504 (Gateway Timeout)
Then that's it, website hangs and I can't access anything as it shows gateway timeout error for like 10 minutes
I have increased my max_execution_time from 30 to 1800, but these errors persists (WPML fails way before those 30 minutes, it seems to fail after like 30 seconds to minute)
I've tried downloading a copy of your website, but the process failed multiple times. To be able to verify the issue and test solutions, I need you to please create a staging (testing) copy of your website on the same server, so I can check for causes and solutions without harming the live website.
You can use a plugin to achieve that, or reach out to your hosting support, and they might be able to help you creating a staging website. Please send me the link to it here, when you are done. Thank you for the cooperation on this matter.
You can keep the same user you've already shared on staging, so I can access it directly.
We are working on making the staging site available to you but it takes time due to sheer amount of products in database. I will get back to you as soon as it's done, as we will still need an assistance with this. Esentially, "Translate Everything Automatically" doesn't show that ANY products will be translated.
