This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with automatic translations getting stuck in the queue after moving their webshop to a new host. Despite trying several troubleshooting steps such as deregistering and registering the site with a new key, and enabling auto translation, the problem persisted.
Solution:
We discovered that the issue was due to a conflict between the IDs of translation jobs and the site ID on our ATE server. Our developers resolved this conflict, ensuring that the automatic translation functioned correctly.
If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend checking for potential ID conflicts or reaching out for support.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
Thank you for the updates. I have forwarded the ticket to our second-tier team for further checking. You don't have to reinstall WPML on the live site. Please wait. We will get back to you as early as possible.
You are welcome. As per the screenshot, three custom posts (including a Product) and three strings are translated to German. So please visit the translated product in the frontend in Dutch language and check you can switch to German translation as expected.
Our team is still working on this issue. It looks like a 500 error is being triggered while delivering the translation to your site from our Translation Server. So can you please share the latest Debug.log file? It will help us to track the problem. You can share it via Google Drive or Dropbox.
We hope the live site (hidden link) and the staging site (hidden link) are using the latest version of WPML (4.7.2) and are hosted on the same server. Because we have a fix for the fatal error in the Debug log in the latest version of WPML. Please check and confirm.
Also, please visit WPML>>Languages>>Site Languages, click on the *Edit Languages* link, and share a screenshot of the *Edit Languages* page.
I already deleted the hidden link, but yes, they are both using the latest version of WPML 4.7.2. And they're hosted on the same server. Although I deleted the test.hondenshop, there's still a staging.hondenshop on the same server, but under a different package, also running the latest version. Attached is the screenshot
Thank you for the updates. We have refreshed your settings in our ATE server. So one request. Please try the workaround suggested in the following documentation after a full site backup{mandatory} for the hidden link post and check if the post translation is delivering as expected.
If the problem remains, please try the following troubleshooting steps after a full site backup{mandatory} and make sure the issue exists or not.
1) Go to WPML>>Support page, click on the Troubleshooting link (blue link in the middle of the page)
2) On the Troubleshooting page, please click on the following options in the *Clean up* section. Wait for confirmation of processing after each one.
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Set language information
- Fix post type assignment
- Synchronize local job IDs with ATE jobs
- Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE
What I did see after that, was that the pay-as-you-go isn't activated under my WPML account. It says "Site uses prepaid credits". I tried activating pay as you go through the button and had to prepay €100, which I did. But still no change in the setting on the account page. In the website it says it's using pay as you go, but I think it's not connected correctly.
Now I clicked the pay as you go button again and now it says I have to prepay €4,719.00, which is an absurd amount. What's going on here?
Should I deactivate pay as you go and set it up again? What if it says I need to pay €4,719.00 again?
Apologies, I deregistered the site just before I checked the pay as you go, so I now registered with a new key and the pay as you go should be active again.
However, I performed the steps you mentioned above and it still did not do anything.
I've made an account for you to login. However, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you don't deactivate plugins, delete stuff etc. Please only do WPML related things.
I have the Troubleshooting plugin installed ass well, so you can use that if you need to deactivate plugins, without it affecting users.
If needed I can give you my number to have a short line, so you can ask me if you need me to do certain things.
Please activate the option to share with you the login details.
