Hi there, Please share the message about the many translations open with me so I can better understand. There should not be an issue with the amount of translation The translations are waiting to be reviewed and approved most likely due to the settings in WPML->Settings. You can choose a review option while going through the setup wizard, or by going to WPML → Settings and scrolling to the Automatic translation section. There you can for example select "Publish translations without reviewing" to skip the process. When using the "Translate Everything" option in WPML->Settings any change done on your default language will trigger the automatic translation for it to remain in sync with the default language. |

Hi, the problem is that automatic translations translate everything, even parts that are translated manually. And when we want to edit a price, all translated fields are empty and it wants to translate everything again. That costs a lot of credits! The thing is, this website is a copy of another website. All pages are copies, all translations too, and then all properties were imported from the old website, in all languages. So all translations were in place, just for new properties you might expect new translations. It seems however that it tries to translate the whole website again, which will cost a lot of monye, is completely unnecessary and does not improve translations, as it were all manual translations of native speakers. |

Thank you for sharing this information with me, I fully understand your concern now. In your specific situation then I would highly recommend NOT using the "translate everything" option. I recommend going to WPML->Settings and deactivating that option, that way you can select only the new items that require automatic translation. You can also do this in bulk by going to WPML->Translation Management-> select all items-> send for automatic translation. Let me know your results, please. |

Hi, does that also solve the problem that when we enter a fully translated property end for instance, we change the proice, or any other field, that when we update the translations, all fields are empty, as if they never were translated before? |

I wonder why that is happening, I can see if the items were overwritten with the details from the default language but it shouldn't be just blank. If that is the case I'd like to take a closer look. **Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken ** I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin. |

Thank you for the access details! I am testing with the property "8215PED Gelicentieerd modern villaproject met uitzicht op de bergen te koop in Pedreguer." If I edit it and make a slight change to only the price, then the translations will trigger to be updated and the translate everything mode will be triggered, this is expected behavior. however, since the content did not change it should not charge credits and indeed i can confirm that 354 credits were used. Do note that I was not able to reproduce any information missing just that the credits are being charged upon any update. If you are not planning on using the 'translate everything' mode, turning it off would prevent this from happening. In the meantime, I will discuss this with our team and update you. Regarding the other 2 issues I will take a closer look into them and update you, however, let's resolve the first issue first before moving on to them. |

I discussed this further with our team and they confirmed as well that in this case, it is best to use the Classic Translation Editor or the Advanced Translation Editor without the Translate Everything Mode. This mode will overwrite your imported and manually already translated content. It is also the reason the secondary issue you experienced is happening. |

That has already been done. |

When I go to WPML->Settings-> Translate everything mode is activated. I can see that it's paused but what I am suggesting is that it's switched to "Translate what you choose Also, switching it will not revert already overwritten content it will ensure that it's prevented from happening again. |
