Background of the issue:
We have WPML automatic translation enabled on our site hidden link. We previously had an ATE server connection issue and re-registered the site with WPML. Today, we added a new post type ('Customer service') to translatable post types and initiated automatic translation on the post.

Symptoms:
The translation queue appears stuck. On the 'Translation Management' page, most pages display a loading spinner with the text 'in progress (automatic translation)'. The queue count stays at 2039 translations left and is not decreasing. New jobs are sent to ATE but remain in 'translation in progress' indefinitely. No recent errors in 'Advanced Translation Editor Error Logs'.

Questions:
Could you please check our site’s connection to the ATE servers?
Can you help us clear/sync the stuck translation queue?

Hello,

I'll help you while a supporter takes your case.

The site was blocked on our end. I unblocked it but if you have a recurring issue on your site, it might get blocked again.

Please enable the debug.log and either check yourself or send it to us so we can try to understand if there's an error happening on your site that could be blocking the site or it was because of the issue you mentioned (so far it hasn't gotten blocked again).

If you see that nothing is working even in an hour from now, please let us know and allow us access to the site if possible.

Regards,
