If we are in the appearance - menu then the whole menu is not correctly visible. See attached.
Also, we tried to translate the menu, make one test page and the main menu is just completely wrong, also see attached. I know that on our test site it was there as well but for some reason was later fixed but I don't remember how and why.
Thanks for contacting WPML support. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
Also, I checked your debug information, I noticed that your MySQL version is below the plugin minimum requirements as described at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ . Kindly contact your hosting provider and ask them to update the MySQL version to 5.6+ for you.
It looks like some CSS issue. I've applied the custom CSS code below and could you check and see if it's what you're looking for? I've inserted the code into WP > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
Hello. I am sorry but that is absolutely bad solution. I don't want to increase the header, that has a huge impact on other aspects of the site. I need to have the text and menu in our current header, not to make it larger.
Also if you wish to change the CSS, please do it here. There is already a lot of other codes. hidden link
I've examined the page, and I can confirm that the menus are translated accurately. However, they are not displaying correctly due to issues with the theme's styling, as indicated in the attached screenshot.
To resolve this issue, you can consider using custom CSS code. Alternatively, you may want to reach out to the theme author for a more in-depth review and potential solutions. Let me know how it goes
Hello, no, that is wrong again. I just check it all and the problem is that not all the menu items are translated, the structure is not updated and correct so there is a lot more menu items which are then moved all around. I was fixing it on our main site and it works. To be frank, I don't understand why you did not see it first and tried to implement a new css code which has nothing to do with it...
I want to apologize for any misunderstanding on my part. I did review your navigation menus in the backend for both English and Spanish:
English: hidden link
Spanish: hidden link
In both instances, they appeared to have the correct order and were translated. Based on this, I assumed that they should display correctly on the frontend. However, it seems this was not the case, and I had to explore a CSS solution independently.
I'm pleased that you were able to resolve the issue yourself. Could you please share what steps you took to address the "structure is not updated and correct" issue? Maybe I could help you check and see if you're taking the correct steps to fix and translate it.
There were missing pages for the menu items. I had to duplicate the page to spanish and linked it to the menu item. Then to sync all the sub menus. On the demo it is not correct, the spanish version of the menu. There is a lot of translated pages missing right now. I have it sort of correct on our live site. See attached.
I've realized the error I made just now. The screenshot I provided is what I see on the homepage at hidden link . It appears that the admin bar is obstructing the navigation menu, which has led to the misunderstanding.
Based on the screenshot you shared, the navigation menu is displaying correctly. However, I can't view it over here hidden link to check this out for you as it seems you have hidden the Spanish language from public view.
Anyway, should you require any additional help or have further inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach out, and I'll make every effort to provide assistance.
