Background of the issue:
I am trying to complete the Setup for WPML, but it shows a blank page. I suspect this is caused by a missing namespace in the REST API. Somehow only one of the two required namespaces are available. (wpml/st/v1 works, wpml/tm/v1 somehow doesn't).
Symptoms:
A blank setup page appears, preventing me from proceeding with the installation of WPML. Yesterday, it was working fine, and I have not changed anything in the installation since then.
