Problem:
The client purchased 200,000 credits in 2023 and was concerned about their usage, as the invoices showed charges for over-usage of the monthly 2,000 credits. The client was unsure about the remaining balance and where to view it.
Solution:
We reviewed the client's account and confirmed the initial deposit of 200,000 credits on 16 February 2023. We also verified the transactions on the specified website, which showed a total of 200,066 credits used, leaving a balance of 2,000 credits. The detailed usage included over 1,100 translation entries that consumed the credits. We advised the client to check the transactions for detailed information on credit usage.
