This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are using Bricks builder 1.10.3 and WPML, and you encounter an issue where the Dutch translation of a page appears empty even though it has been translated.
Solution:
We recommend checking the workaround on this page. First, disable the "I prefer bigger segments" option. Then, update the page in the default language and subsequently update its translation.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hello, You tell me to apply the first workaround but disabling ""I prefer bigger segments" is workarount 2, not the first. Which one must we apply for our problem please ? Workaround 1 or 2 ? Thank you. |

We disabled the "I prefer bigger segments" but our dutch translation field is still empty even if we already translated it before your updates : hidden link It's really annoying because this site contains a lot of pages and it's already been fully translated, so I don't understand this bug. I can't imagine deleting the translations and redoing them for all the pages, given the number of pages and products. |

Hi, After disabling the option, did you send the page to translation via WPML-> Translation Management? Also, please let me know if you update the page in the default language. Best regards, |

Hello, I look your print screen, we were in the same area but we do not understand what you mean by "send the page to translation", we do not see this button (see attached file). We never user the Translation management to translate our website. We translated all the website via the page area and the WPML icon to add language. Could you be more precise to show us where is the "send the page to translatation" since the page is already translated from EN hidden link to NL hidden link ? |

When we select the "About us" english page in the Translation Management, we do not see the translate myself bottom at the bottom. As you can see in our attached file, we only see "automatic translation" and a add to basket translator. any ideas ? |

Hi, Please select "Assign To a Translation". After that, please go to the translation basket and send it to "First Available". After that, please go to WPML-> Translations and translate the page. Best regards, |

Seems better, I recorded to show you a small video where I use the technique of Translation Management where it works : hidden link But at 0' 35'', I click again on "edit translation" to change again the translation and it seems not sync anymore again. I do not understand, we always use the "Edit translation" button, why is it not sync ? Thank you. |

Hi, Thanks for the video. Would you please clear the cache after updating the translation and check if that will fix the issue? Best regards, |
