This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where the slideshow on their homepage was not displaying the correct images as set in the Bricks editor. Despite updating the homepage similar to the product page, the problem persisted, showing different or outdated images in different languages.
Solution:
The client managed to resolve the issue independently by adjusting CSS classes related to the slideshow. It was suggested that the problem might not be directly related to WPML but could be a theme-specific issue. If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend checking your theme settings or contacting the theme author for further assistance. Additionally, ensure that you have the latest versions of your themes and plugins installed.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please visit our known issues page at https://wpml.org/known-issues/ and consider opening a new support ticket for personalized assistance. We also recommend checking the version of the permanent fix and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

Thank you, I update the product page and the photo appears as it should. However, could you please take a look at my homepage? the slideshow has a problem with images too.

I updated the homepage like the product page but it can't solve the problem.

in my bricks editor, the photo has already been added to the slide but the frontend it looks like it grabs other images to show.

Thanks for your reply.

I've checked the slider on your homepage for both languages and it is displaying fine as shown in this screen recording hidden link . Did you sort it out yourself?

Not that shown fine, it's different from what I set up. it looks like a very old version of this page. if you see the 3rd slide still shows 1920x1080 image which is not my setting.

Please look at my screenshot on my previous post. it's a different image.

Your Website no longer works for me as shown in the attached screenshot. I believe this is related to cache. Please try deactivating your cache plugin and see if it works correctly for you.

You can compare from my editor and the frontpage

look at the hero section (first one) there will be 4 slides with different images. They're not showing at the homepage as the editor. (All languages)

I just recorded my slider in the editor comparing it with the Frondend homepage for you.
ps. The first slide is the video background but I still added an image of the video to the first slider too.

It looks like the issue is affecting the primary language Thai too. Please try deactivating WPML plugin and let me know if the problem persists.

Thank you for confirming. Since the problem continues even after deactivating the WPML plugin, it appears to be related to the theme. Please contact the theme author and request their assistance in investigating this issue.

It's possible that there's an option or feature within the theme that is causing this issue. Please let me know how it goes.

Hey, I just want to tell you that I've fixed it by myself. It's about a class thing. I don't know how it's related to the translation but I've to remove those classes and add a new one to make it work.

Right now, my issue is solved and my site is about to be completed.

One last thing before I go, can you tell me if I move my site to a real domain after this? I just made a new production key and replaced it with the old one. that's it? or it's any other thing to do in addition?

Thanks for your reply.

Glad that you sorted it out yourself. Yes, that's the correct way to move a site from Dev to Production. But if you get this banner as explained here https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/using-advanced-translation-editor-when-you-move-or-use-a-copy-of-your-site/ , follow the instructions provided.
