[Resolved] Bricks templates are not getting translated and displaying on the front end
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client has migrated their website from Polylang to WPML and is using Bricks Builder. They have translated their header and footer templates, but these are only displaying in the default language (Spanish) and not in other languages like English and Portuguese. Solution: We recommend ensuring that the fields are marked as translated. We have already adjusted this for the English footer and added the prefix 'EN' to the strings, which should now be visible on the English version of the site. For further guidance, please refer to the documentation on how to use WPML with Bricks Builder.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, feel free to open a new support ticket in our support forum.

We are building a site using bricks builder and initially, we tried polylang and then moved to WPML. We have migrated all our posts and pages from polylang to WPML. The bricks templates are displaying fine on default language ( ie Spanish ) in our site but not on other languages such as English and Portuguese. We have created header and footer template and translate them as well but header and footer templates are displayed only for default language, not for other languages

1.- Please increase the WP memory Limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:`
Thanks for the clarifying. We added the code to wp-config.php and then created a test footer template on Brick. Unfortunately, the issue persists. That new footer template displays for the site's default language (e.g., Spanish) but not for the other languages.
1.- I kindly ask you to describe step by step how are you creating a template in the site.
2.- I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. If we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
Before we continue, I need to ask you to create a full backup of the site and update all outdated plugins and themes that appear outdated in this link: hidden link
The outdated functionalities can cause conflicts in the code.
You are missing checking the fields as translated -see the attached image-. I already did it for the Footer in English and added the prefix 'EN ' to the strings so you can see it translated in the English version of the page.
Hi there,
I'm glad to hear that the issue is solved 🙂
I removed the screenshot from my previous message as you requested.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need our help in the future with WPML. We will be more than happy to help.
Best regards,
Carlos
