Hi,
When i run bulk edit on products with a specific attribute, the bulk edit process change the attribute value to a different value (attribute value the wpml create itself for the first time)

I found that the reason is that the slug for the attribute value is the same as the attribute name in a different language, which cause the attribute to be recreated.
When i changed the slug in english, the issue didn't happen
In order for me to fully understand if this is a bug or a workflow issue, could you please setup the same example in this sandbox site?

It is already installed with latest versions of our plugins and has sample proudcts.
Please use the languages that are already installed. If you need to create a new product - make it a simple product.
Write back with the name of the product and the steps I should do to confirm the behaviour.

I reproduce the issue in the environment you created.
Steps to reproduce :
1. Go to woo products table
2. choose Test product and another product
3. Choose bulk edit and do a change like assigning category
4. Save
After the save, Test product variation attribute will disappear (the variation will have the any option value).
Your ticket has been added as a variation of this bug.
For your information the problem happens even without bulk edit but anytime the product is translated or updated using the normal editor.
When I receive word about any progress about the bug fix, I will notify you here. You can also follow the forum thread above or write in to enquire about the status.
The ticket you attached is from a year ago and there is no response for this issue, it doesn't seem you are going to fix this bug.
I have another issue related to bulk edit, when i run bulk edit (without changing any parameter, just save the product through bulk edit) on product with a specific attributes, after i save product attributes/values and variation disappear, i don't have any slug issue in this attribute and can't find out why this is happening and won't be able to reproduce, I can give you access to our staging environment or we can use duplicater

I´m sorry for the delay to respond. I was on leave and this ticket got missed. I can reply that the issue is not being "ignored" as it does not have the status of "will not fix" but there may be other priorities that have delayed a fix.
I have set this ticket to "escalated" and it will remain attached to the internal work ticket.
For the 2nd issue, which seems related and might be the same root cause, I have opened a new ticket to investigate it separately.
