[Resolved] Bullet points with sub bullet points are not being translated

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate both main bullet points and sub-bullet points on my WordPress site using WPML. This is the third time I am reaching out for support without receiving a response. I have provided a video for more information: hidden link. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
Only sub-bullet points are being translated, while the main bullet points are not.

Questions:
Why are only sub-bullet points translating and not the main bullet points?
How can I ensure both main and sub-bullet points are translated?
