This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with the visibility of Footer Style 2 and difficulties in translating menus manually in different languages.
Solution:
1. We have ensured that the header, footer, and contact form on the homepage are translated. We recommend the client to double-check these elements to confirm their translation.
2. To translate menus, follow the steps in our quick guide on translating menus. It's important to note that the translation seen in secondary languages might be related to the page titles included in the menu, not the menu items themselves.
3. To edit translated menus, navigate to Appearance -> Menus, select a menu, and click on the pencil icon to edit the menus in their corresponding language.
4. You do not need to create and translate the menus manually for each language. Menus can be automatically translated using the synchronization option, but manual edits can be made if specific adjustments are needed.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Sorry, we absolutely don't understand what we're supposed to do. This guide is so awful that it doesn't even show what we're supposed to do!

Do we have to manually create all the menus for each language?!

But the menus are already translated!

You can just delete this guide; it's completely useless! The steps it says make absolutely no sense since all the menus have already been translated. So where can we change the translation?

Hello again,

To edit the translated menus, go to Appearance -> Menus -> Select a menu -> Click on the pencil icon to edit the menus in their corresponding language. For example, in this link, you can edit the French version of the main menu: hidden link

We have to create and translate the menus manually for each language! I don't know what I'm paying for menu translations if we have to do and translate everything manually!

No, you don't have to create and translate the menus manually for each language. But if you want to edit each menu's translation, you'll have to do it manually, as you would in WordPress.

You can automatically translate the menus using the synchronization option.
