Can't translate text only showing on hover

Nadia	Background of the issue: I am developing a site and using 4 sliders on my website (hidden link - Fitness) that only display the text on hover. I installed and activated WPML Multilingual CMS and String Translation. Symptoms: There is no way to translate the text blocks that only show on hover. Additionally, I used a text module that shows different text on smartphones or tablets, and I can't find a way to translate this text. Questions: How can I translate text that only shows on hover using WPML? How can I translate text in a module that displays differently on smartphones or tablets?
