This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is trying to use the CartFlows checkout as a global checkout, but some fields are not fully translated from Dutch to English.
Solution: If you're experiencing partial translations in your checkout fields, we recommend the following steps: 1. Go to WPML -> Theme and plugins localization, select your theme/plugin, and scan. 2. Navigate to WPML -> String Translation. 3. Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link. 4. Search for the needed strings. 5. Select the strings you want to translate. 6. Click on the "Add to String Translation" button. 7. Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link. 8. Translate the strings, clear the cache, and check the front end.

Hi i really can't locate the correct string, i tried the inspection tool to see if it would give me more hints where to locate it (See image).
Note when i go to the checkout page itself the design is inserted with a short code, maybe you know the location of that string for short codes in WooCommerce? (see image 2)
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Thanks for the access details. Could you please update the "CartFlows Pro" plugin to the latest version? I checked the issue and found that when deactivating CartFlow plugins, the checkout is translated correctly.
Hi yes because i use the cartflowsplugin to replace the global checkout, Kadence theme can't much modify in the way it looks so i used the cartflows check out.
When deactivating, it will use the default checkout and that version is indeed correctly translated.
Just find it strange that within the cartflows checkout plugin everything is translated except in the order summary part when subtotal and total are shown as subtottaal and tottaal.
Exactly, that is only the untranslated section. Also, you use CartFlow Pro version 1.11.15, while the current version is 2.0.1, so please update it and check the issue.
Thanks for your update. Please check if the checkout works correctly. (hidden link)
I changed the language URL format in WPML-> Languages to "Different languages in directories" and created a new language folder in the wp-content folder.
Only thing is when I tried to select Dutch to verify if everything is correct over there, it seems that a lot of it stays now in English. (Strangely enough, except for subtotaal)
Not sure why this is.
Again, I appreciate your time and effort into this.
