This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing an issue where clicking on categories in the mobile interface in Arabic does not show any categories.
Solution: First, we recommend activating the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin, which is essential for translating WooCommerce Products and their categories. You can install and activate the plugin from the "Plugins > Add new > Commercial" tab.
After activation, translate the categories by following the instructions provided in the documentation.
It's important to translate all products into Arabic and ensure that the categories are translated, which will be done when you fully translate the product. After translating, click on the "Synchronize Product categories assignment in content" button found in the "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Categories" tab.
I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.
I have checked the Category section from the Arabic language and have noticed the issue. Upon reviewing the WPML Debug Info, I observed that the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin is not active on your site. To translate WooCommerce Products and their categories effectively, it's essential to activate the WooCommerce Multilingual Plugin.
I have checked and can see the Categories are still not showing. Since the issue persists even after translating the categories, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Would you please check and share the correct credentials so that I can initiate the investigation? I have enabled the private box for you so that you can securely share the access information.
Hello There,
Thank you for sharing the new password.
I've checked and been able to figure out the root cause of the issue. While checking the "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Categories" section, I noticed that some categories that appear in the English version haven't been translated into Arabic Yet. I translated the "Home & Garden" category to Arabic and that started to appear properly in the Arabic version. Please check this screenshot for a better understanding: hidden link
I also noticed several products on your website are saved as drafts and haven't been translated into Arabic yet. It's important to note that categories without any products won't be displayed on the frontend. To ensure that the categories are visible in the Arabic version, please follow these steps:
- Translate all products into Arabic.
- Ensure the categories are translated (which will be done when you fully translate the product)
- Once everything is translated properly, click on the "Synchronize Product categories assignment in content" button found in the "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Categories" tab.
I hope the issue will be solved after that. Please let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.
