Hi, We are using WP All Import, so no need to run WPML Export Import after importing content in the second language. You also need to separate the import file for second languages with the corresponding content, for example: I also create a screen record of steps to import translation products on the sandbox site, here is the URL hidden link Please follow the documentation step-by-step to use WP All Import to import content in multiple languages Looking forward to your reply. |

Hi, You can open the Dropbox URL to a new tab to view the screen record, please don't click on it directly. Then you can see I use separated import files as noted in the documentation when using WP All Import and WPML All Import plugins. The hierarchy categories are associated with the translation product as well. Looking forward to your reply. |

Hi, I did this already, I imported all the products with in three different files. And it didnt work for three languages. The over your support, the told me I have to import everything in one CSV File. I wondering why three separate imports should now working better then one, its all the same product. Did you test it like this? |

I test this again, used the plugin "WPML Export and Import", disable the plugin "WPML All Import" and see the issue. So I suggest you use the separate import files and use "WPML All Import" as a workaround. You can see it works in the screen record I shared. Meanwhile, I'm discussing it with our 2nd tier support and update you here when I have more information. Thanks. |

Hi, When I import the products on my WooCommerce Shop with three different CSV files for german, english and french. I need to use again WPML Export and Import, otherwise the translated products doesn't sync together. Why is this? On your sandbox, we didnt need to match them again. They were already synced. Can you please check, and get back to me. Also were u able to check with your second tier support about the import files? |

Hi, Do you follow the documentation step-by-step to use WP All Import, WPML All Import to import content in multiple languages and the screen record that I shared above? If it still doesn't work on your site. Can you share a screen record of steps you do? Regarding the issue with WPML Export and Import plugin, I'm checking it with our 2nd tier support and I will update you here when I have more information. Meanwhile, please use WPML All Import to import content in multiple languages on your site as an alternative way. Thanks. |
