Background of the issue:
I am trying to complete the workshop checkout process on our live website. The issue can be seen at hidden link. I expected to see a redirect to the 'Thank You' page after an order is placed.

Symptoms:
An error message appears after checkout, but the order is placed successfully, and the confirmation email is received. The user is not redirected to the 'Thank You' page. The issue resolves when the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin is deactivated.

Questions:
Why does the error occur during the checkout process with WPML active?
How can I ensure users are redirected to the 'Thank You' page after checkout?

I wasn’t able to access your website — it shows the following message:
“Forbidden – You are not permitted to browse this site.”

Could you please confirm whether all WPML and WooCommerce plugins have been updated to their latest versions? Also, make sure your theme is up to date.

If the issue still persists after updating, please check the following and share the results:
1. Does the issue persist when all plugins are disabled except WPML and WooCommerce?
2. What happens if you create and test with a new product?
3. Enable WordPress debugging and review the log for any errors.

To enable debugging:
1. Edit your wp-config.php file and add (or modify, if already present) the following lines before the comment
/* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

2. Reproduce the issue.
3. Check the debug.log file located in the /wp-content/ directory for any WPML-related errors.
4. Copy and paste the full error message here.

Please let me know the results so I can assist you further.

Hello,

try to access now the website is restricted in your country i opened it temporary.

wpml +addons and woocommerce are updated to the last version

1. Does the issue persist when all plugins are disabled except WPML and WooCommerce?(yes)

2. What happens if you create and test with a new product?(it will work with woocommerce products properly just the workshop tickets(product) will show this error(we are using eventer plugin to create these types of workshops.

try to buy free ticket from here and check the error(hidden link)

3.Wordpress debug log file doesnt record any error

Note:The full process was working properly before suddenly the error is showing now however we as admin and client receive emails and order is placed successfully in the woocommerce orders

let me know if you need admin access to check further

i think you need access to check the error because we are disabling the wpml plugin now becuase there is live clients participating in the workshop

Could you please give more details on how to buy a free ticket? Currently, I am seeing "Sorry, Event Passed."

If I need to check this issue further, I want to ask about the possibility of replicating your site in a local environment. To do this, I need to install the Duplicator plugin temporarily. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and its content so I can check further and report the findings to our development team. If you prefer to do it independently, please provide the snapshot and send me the zipped package you downloaded. Once the issue is resolved, the local copy will be deleted.

Please let me know if you’re comfortable with this approach.

To investigate this further, I’ll need a full snapshot of your site, not just the database.
You can create it using either the Duplicator plugin or All-in-One Migration.

If necessary, you can provide the snapshot without any sensitive data — just ensure the issue can still be reproduced in that copy.

I’ve installed your website, but I noticed that WPML hasn’t been configured on this copy yet.

To ensure I can accurately reproduce the same issue you’re experiencing, could you please create a fresh copy of your current live site using one of the plugins I mentioned earlier? This way, I can work with an exact snapshot of your setup.

Before taking the copy, please also create a test event with a free ticket (where the event time hasn’t passed yet) so I can use it to replicate the problem.

Hello,

i will prepare and send you what is required but please dont make sure you have turned off the email notification while troubleshooting cause yesterday we face issue with the client many emails are sent to the vendor(subscribers) that their subscription has been canceled.

so please turn off the emails cause we are production(live)
