Hello. Thank you for contacting the WPML support. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

Have you try to follow the following documentation that will show you step by step information about how you can translate the custom fields:

I've checked and I see you have enough memory assigned to your server. There seems not to be the issue.

Could you please try the following steps?

❌ Please backup your database before performing the above steps ❌

1- Go to WPML-> Support-> Troubleshooting
2- Run the functions one by one (Kindly check this hidden link)
3- Edit the page in the default language
4- Make a minor edit and update it
5- Update the translation
6- Check if the issue persists
