I needed to display unique product images for each language.
I found the Media Translation page on WPML.org (https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/)
I selected the Download button.
A page displayed generic download information unrelated to the Media Translation add-on.
After some effort, I found that if I am logged in and return to the 'How to Translate Media with WPML' and select the Download button, I am presented with different content, which allows me to download the add-on.
An improvement would be to add more emphasis to the login request on the generic download page (see image attached).

I have escalated this request to our 2nd tier so they can analyse it and implement the necessary changes to the documentation. I will get back to you as soon as I get an answer.
