This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to upload multiple images via the Real Media Library when both the WPML and Real Media Library plugins are active. Deactivating the WPML plugin allows the image upload to function.
Solution:
We suggested the client to reproduce the problem on a fresh WordPress installation to help our compatibility team understand the issue better. We provided a sandbox site for this purpose: https://white-djembe.sandbox.otgs.work/?auto=ZwLHG7GzGjC9mZDnvRivi8ScJQVgBVvO. We also requested a video link describing the issue if it persists in the sandbox environment.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I have the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin running on a customer site along with the Real Media Library plugin by devowl.io. When both plugins are active, I cannot upload multiple images via the Real Media Library. If I deactivate the WPML plugin, the image upload works. I have contacted devowl.io, but they cannot solve the problem themselves. They are asking if your support can collaborate with devowl.io's support to address the issue. The issue can be seen at: hidden link.

Symptoms:
Unable to upload multiple images via the Real Media Library when both WPML and Real Media Library plugins are active.

Questions:
Can your support team collaborate with devowl.io's support to resolve the issue?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

To be able to escalate this ticket to our compatibility team, we need to reproduce the problem in a fresh WordPress installation. For this reason, I created a sandbox site with a new WordPress + WPML installation that you can access using this link: hidden link

Please install the Real Media Library plugin and double-check if the issue persists. If the issue persists, then I kindly ask you to share a link to a video describing the steps to follow.

Looking forward to your message.
Regards,
Carlos

Hi,

I did a test on the test server.

Coincidentally, the image display was set to icons instead of list view. With the icon view, it worked to upload multiple images.

Very strange, but I'm glad it works now.
