I am getting a warning from my security scan that the "Contact Form 7 Multilingual plugin" is abandoned. I checked that the last update was 5 months ago. Is it possible the information is not registered in the plugin or somewhere else?
The plugin was not abandoned and it is safe to use.
I guess those notices are normal and just let you know that there's been a long time since the latest update, like this other ticket here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wordfence-alert/
Have no worries and for safety reasons in case of anything that could happen on the site, make sure that you always have your website constantly backed up.
That's advice that I would give to anyone, even to people who are using only plugins or themes that are on a very recent version.
