Hello Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am facing a critical issue on my LMS website:

When the website is in Arabic language and I visit the Courses Archive page:
hidden link
then try to open and start any course, the website shows a “500 Internal Server Error”.
This problem only happens in the Arabic version, while the English version is working fine.
I have already tried several troubleshooting methods from my side, but unfortunately I could not fix the issue. Kindly check the server error logs and help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Please let me know if you need any additional information or access details from my side.
Thank you for your support.
Best Regards,
Hesham A

Hello Hesham,

Welcome to WPML support. Would you please follow the steps below to provide the debug information so I can understand which plugin you use in the first place and other info?

https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support

Am I correct to assume that you use this plugin?

If yes, may I ask you to check the tutorials below to make sure you set everything correctly?

If yes, then please test if the issue happens on a minimal installation:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except:
. WPML Multilingual CMS
. WPML String translation
. Master Study Plugin
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

If the issue persists, please contact the hosting service provider to give the error log that happens under the hood. The error 500 is just a formal error message but it does not show what happens under the hood to know if there is a PHP error and where is it generated from.

Thanks.
