Background of the issue:
Payment, translation credits are not visible.

Symptoms:
The translation credits haven’t been activated, even though the payment went through. The system still acts as if we don’t have any available credits.

Questions:
Could you please check what’s going on with the translation credits?
Can you help us get access to the purchased translation credits?
